Bought a pallet of Oak from scawton sawmill for a suprising reasonable price (reasonable in 2022 terms- still around double what it was in 2019)  And My carpenter started making some nice Window Cills and Door Lining from it.  Just very simple but what can i say- i just like wood.  The rough sawn oak: And the prepared boards: Door linings and Cills
