The Project : Plans and Design
As mentioned before, we wanted to renovate the existing timber frame to make it a House, but unfortunately the Foundations did not give us any choice but to demolish and build from scratch.
More expensive -because of the Foundations- but easier to build, as we do not have to work around any existing structures.
This is our design, we didn't change it much since we changed from renovation to new build:

I made a little 3D model of it, as I was playing around with LiveHome3D for the entire time while the design process was going on.
I really like the programme, easy enough to understand for me, and still give quite good results
