1st fix MVHR + SPRINKLER SYSTEM+ ELECTRICAL

 So decided to save nervesd and time and let Ben and Xede  from Earthwise construction install the MVHR . Good decision. could not do this in any reasonable time - and time is of essence at these days. 

After messing around for years i came to the realisation that with inflation going through the roof and all materials getting more expensive by the months : Speed is of essence - more savings can be made by buying this year rather then next year and thinking to  save a few £ here and there by doing labour myself. 

So had to also install a Sprinkler system,

again- a change of mind, after researching all aspects of this and trying for 2 years to be allowed to install myself with a self-certification (very difficult in the UK due to Rules and regulations) i decided that timing is more important then anything - and called in the pros of DORSET SPRINKLER  . A very good team that works fast and on point. Guys came back 2x to adjust smaller bits .

The Electrician came with recomendation from my amazing Carpenter - so i already know that s on point
